Basically, what happens is.
1) Your telephone or e mail me with your requirements. and I give you
a quote.
2) If the quote is acceptable we arrange a date for delivery.

of when we deliver and service in your area.
Please note out side our collection area payment should be made via
standing order. If you do not have a bank account please contact us as
their may be other options.
3) On the appointed date we will call and install the equipment free
of charge. You will then sign the contract in
the comfort of your own home. Pay the first 4 weeks rent and the account
administration set up charge of £15. This is per account NOT per item.

4) If payment is made by standing order through your bank ( preferred
), you will need to complete the standing order form.
If you are in our collection area. We will give you a calendar
giving you dates when we will call.
This will be every 4 weeks on a Friday evening to collect the next 4
weeks rental. Please bear in mind that it may only be a couple of weeks
away.
We only call on these dates when payment must be made.
5) If the appliance breaks down you telephone or e mail us and we
will make an arrangement to call on our next service day in your service
area.
We Guarantee within 72 working hours Monday - Saturday Am . If we
fail to honour this we will allow you 1 weeks rent for every complete
day we are over the 72 hours. the allowance will be deducted from future
payments.
We rarely do in house services, our normal policy is to exchange the
item for another of similar quality. Therefore we are only at your
premises for a minimal time.
We then have your item repaired. However if you are satisfied with
the appliance you currently have you will continue to rent that
appliance. We will not exchange back your old item.
6) If you fail to honour our agreement. Sell, run off with, steal or
vandalise our property. Be prepared for every piece of legal action to
be taken against you. This may include a complaint to the police for
theft or criminal damage.
If you run up a debt. Be prepared for action will be taken against
you.
Having said that, we do understand that problems occur and we will
work with you and assist where we can. Just don't take the micky or we
get upset.
